Here's what the humans have to say about me:
These blue/Silver tabby twins are very active, interactive, and loving. They are best for someone who has a lot of time to play with them and tire them out or who will adopt both so they can tire one another out.
These twins love to purr and snuggle. The "bigger" twin loves to cuddle on your lap after each mealtime to say "thank you for caring for me". The slightly smaller twin waits nearby for his turn and after a few pets, he just wants to play play play.
Essence is about 11lbs. Omni is 16+lbs and could stand to lose a pound or two. Omni needs supervised meals to prevent him overeating. Essence needs supervised meals to ensure he eats enough.
We rescued their mama whe she was very pregnant and raised her holistically during the remainder of her pregnancy to help ensure the kittens would be born healthy. The kittens have been weaned to a raw prey-model diet diet and they LOVE it! The kittens were raised with early neurological stimulation. They had daily physical exams where they were not only felt allover but had their mouths gently opened and gums rubbed to prepare for tooth-brushing, oral examination, and giving remedies by mouth. They also had daily simulated nail trimming to better ensure that they'll be good for nail trims. One shouldn't trim a kitten's claws before 12 weeks, so we don't actually trim the claws.
As kittens, they were socialized 3-6 times per day every day and were comfortable with men, women, older kids, our dogs and a wide array of household noises such as washer, dryer, vacuums and power tools. Omni can be afraid of strangers and likely would not do well with small children.
This little guy is only available to an adopter who embraces holistic health concepts. If you aren't sure if you do, please keep reading. We are happy to help people learn about holistic pet care by providing links to resources.
Please watch The Truth About Pet Cancer (linked below) for more information about raising pets in the least harmful way.
Our holistic pets are not vaccinated and can only go to homes that will not allow them to be vaccinated. If desired, holistically-raised pets can be immunized with nosodes and titer tested to verify they are immune against the deadly diseases commonly vaccinated for.
Please message us with a snapshot of your cat experience, household (including pets), location, and don't forget to describe your experience with holistic care for yourself, your pets, and your famil
