Lucy is very sweet cat but is independent, she is now getting along withs small dogs and other cats. She was brought into our program as a young pregnant cat in which she had a litter of eight.  She is still playful and is very careful not to scratch or bite to hard. She loves very soft blankets to take naps on and sits in the window to watch the outside world.

Update 09/26/2023....Lucy was adopted by an elderly lady who adored her and Lucy brought her such joy purring in her lap. Sadly this lady has developed health issues that forced her to return Lucy to LOA for her best care. Dispite a calt allergy the family is keeping her in thier home for the time being. Lucy will be at Petco 10 am  to 1 pm on the Sundays LOA has volunteers available with other cats. An appointment can be made between 7 pm and 8 pm on Friday and Saturday evenings to meet her.
