Porkchop is a typical happy puppy. Him and his 3 siblings ended up at a shelter in rural Kentucky with no home and no mom.

Porkchop is looking for a home that will have time to provide the necessary training, structure and love that will help him develop into an amazing adult companion.

A refundable training deposit in the amount of $100 will be required. Deposit will be returned upon completion of a beginning puppy/obedience class.

Adopters must live within a 1.5 hour driving distance of Romeoville, IL. Vet and personal references required, as well as a home visit. We do not do same day adoptions and the process can take from a few days to a few weeks to complete depending on schedules, accessibility of references, number of applications submitted, etc.

Please note- we work to try to find the best fit home for each dog and not necessarily first come, first serve. Submission of an application does not guarantee adoption. We are all volunteers trying to balance work and life, so we ask that you please be patient. Thank you!
