Rosie Posey is my name and I have a serious wiggle butt problem! I get so excited when I see my people that my little back end dances with delight.
I did belong to a sweet little 8 year old girl who played with me and loved me dearly but life changed paths for my family and now Im looking to live with a new family. I am just lovable to anyone.
Im only 8 months old and still very slender and am in great health. The kind vet recently spayed me and I have had all of my vaccinations plus a microchip.
I love puppy toys, snuggling and sitting in your lap, sleeping all night in my own bed (I don’t even use a kennel). I would enjoy sleeping with a human, too, given the chance.
Carpet beware though! I have been pad trained but a rug or carpet feels like a pad to me so I will need help with that. When visiting Grandmas house I typically would use a pad if it was in a hiding place like under the kitchen table. Gma has a doggy door and I do love using a doggy door. I know how to use that very well. The yard has to be safe and fencing not too wide because I’m so tiny right now.
Even though I like walks a lot I just never got enough training about what grass is for. My family were gone most of the day and I was home alone until the later evening hours.
I have to admit that Im lovable and feisty when it comes to other dogs. Heres the thing, when I visit Gma there are dog cousins to play with and Im great with that. I do have the gene that makes me think I need to be in charge but I also am easily taught when I get too rambunctious by a gentle fur buddy who is older and bigger than me. I just like to play, have fun with my fur cousins. I get it, though, I cant always be the boss!
