Meet Sergio, also known as `the wiggles, because he`s got a constant case of the happy wags. He is sweet and enjoys head pets, is calm and friendly and walks well on a leash.` That`s according to staff and our photo team agreed. They said Sergio is `an exuberant little guy who seems house trained and knows sit. Incredibly beautiful eyes and a very bouncy walk. He seems happy to be doing just about anything.` Sergio, sweet and happy with those dreamy eyes, who could ask for anything more?

We have many wonderful pets waiting to be adopted! Adoption fees are $85 for dogs and $65 for cats (Dogs over 5 years old, $40). The adoption fee to persons over 55 years old is $40. Adoptions includes spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, microchipping, heartworm test, fecal test, and Feline Leukemia/FIV test for cats.

Managed by LifeLine Animal Project, DeKalb County Animal Services provides a humane environment for DeKalb County’s homeless pets. We also provide other services such as veterinary care for our animals including spay/neuter surgeries, pet adoptions, pet reclaims, volunteer programs, foster home programs, rescue group coordination, and other lifesaving programs.
