Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi! My name is Ivan and I came to the Wisconsin House Rabbit Society from Illinois with my 2 brothers Ira and Ike as well as my sister Isabella in hopes of finding forever loving homes. We were born in a backyard in April of 2020 because our parents were allowed to live outside in a backyard instead of in the house. A local rescue was allowed to take us in to their care and provide us with a safe place to grow. Eventually we were transported to Wisconsin House Rabbit. Society.
All my siblings had been adopted out but I had to stay in my foster home for a long time because of sinus inflammation and infection.
My foster Mom has this to say about me-
"Ivan has been a joy to have in our home! He is incredibly friendly, outgoing, and warmed up to us quickly. He loves to interact with us and get scritches. He returns the love by giving out kisses that tickle. He's energetic and will climb your furniture, binky and do bunny 500's around your living room, but will also do a big bunny flop on the couch and relax by you. He's a very gentle rabbit and has been patient and curious with our daughter. He's food motivated and will gladly go back to his x-pen for a treat when it's time – he hasn't met a leafy green, veggie or fruit he didn't like. He's not shy and enjoys getting head pets from any visitors we've had – all of whom always remark on how soft his velvety coat is! He's also great with his litter box – just a lovely bunny who deserves his perfect forever home."
I will require an exercise pen setup so I will feel comfortable, safe and secure in a large space of my own.
