Otis will be available for adoption starting 10-19-21.

Otis is young and a bit unsure of his place in life. He sits back and watches calmly, and then comes up for attention once he feels good about things. When he gets excited with someone he really trusts, he doesn't understand boundaries and jumps a bit. Otis would benefit from having a patient person teach him some basic skills and social cues. We also feel that he will do better with children over 12 years old. Otis will be neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated prior to adoption.
