Foster home for Dashund/mix under 20 lbs. foster can't keep"HELP".C.H.S.

My name is Shelby and I'm so so scared and in need of plenty of love and attention, you see I was rescued for a Puppy Mill and the living conditions were horrible and nasty and not much food and never anyone to love and give me any attention. Now I have been getting love and attention but I have to leave from my current foster home, the lady is going out of town and will be gone for a couple of wks. and she can't keep me. Please can you open up your home to me during the Christmas season and foster me or better yet adopt me? I'm very smart , I was using the doggie door within an hr. of being at the lady's house and I've never been in a house always been outside in the rain, mud, bad weather, heat and no doghouse. Now I'm cratetrained and I love to sleep in my crate and just dream of having my own home and family. If you can help me please contact: lambertpat54@yahoo.com I need help.

She is just the sweetest dog & just wants lots of love! You can tell that she has never had any love or attention and just craves it, she is adorable. Very smart, has learned how to use the doggie door(within the first hour at my home) and does great in her crate at night. Never gives me any trouble, very well behaved little girl. Shelby is already house trained and listens very well. Very playful, great with kids but very protective. I think because she has never had attention so maybe a one dog home is better! I have three dogs and gets along well but has had moments when she is getting attention. She will adjust as she learns that her new situation of having a loving home will never end. I would keep her myself if i didn't already have three!
