Foster insights/backstory: The woman that owned Kiki as well as his brother and father had to undergo major heart surgery and could no longer care for them. They were primarily kept inside the home (not leash walked) except for potty time. They are very shy and scared right now but very sweet and friendly. They need love and stability as they've lost the only home they ever knew.
