My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sweet little Clooney is a slender and dainty girl. She came from a trailer park where someone had abandoned her. At first she was very scared, and is still a little shy, but she loves who she loves. Once she knows someone is going to be a friend to her she will come running to you when she hears her name. She loves to be petted and will arch her back into your hand, purring away. Her markings are cute and her eyes are ever-so-slightly crossed, giving her an earnest charm.

Clooney would love to be the one and only in someone's life. She is a good companion to curl up with on a rainy night or watch the sunrise with while drinking morning coffee. We suspect she would make an ideal friend for a cat-loving pre-teen.

She has been spayed, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, microchipped, deflead, dewormed, and is up to date on her shots.

An application, landlord approval if renting, virtual safety homecheck, and adoption fee are required. Discount to adopters of multiples, seniors, military/veterans, and with proof of disability.

More about this rescue

We rescue animals from high kill shelters or abandoned local strays and foster them until they find an adoptive home. Our southern branch also goes out on emergency rescue calls for cats in drain and sewer pipes, up trees, stuck in walls etc. Transport in available up and down the state of CA. We also TNR local stray and feral populations. The plight of homeless animals moves us deeply. It is unspeakably horrific to see gentle loving animals killed simply because they are homeless. While we cannot save them all, each one saved deserves it. We are a 501c3 registered, CA non-profit corporation.
