Ready for a squishy marshmallow bulldog who will be fun with the whole family? Meet Zeke!

Outta the Cage met Zeke at West Valley shelter in L.A. He seemed down in the dumps in his kennel, but when we got him out into the play yard, this boy BLOSSOMED! It turned out he knew commands and was friendly with the other dogs at the shelter. Why was Zeke still there?

We still don’t know, but we rescued him and brought him to our trainer John. Within a day, Zeke had mastered place work. (ONE DAY!) His leash skills are back and he’s been friendly with the big and little dogs there. John says Zeke is ready for a home!

Zeke is an American Bulldog mix. While he’s large—around 76 lbs—he doesn’t take a ton of space. He’s house trained, crate trained, leash trained, neutered, vaccinated, and chipped.

While we’re impressed with Zeke’s smarts, we’re equally wowed by his sweetness. He’s a goober who loves laying beside other dogs, and always seems to have a smile on his face. We think that smile will be even bigger when he meets his new family.
