Meet handsome, blue eyed Blue! He is deaf and adorable! He is a happy little social guy who wants to say hi to all people and dogs. He LOVES everyone!
Blue likes to be entertained with a lot of fun toys and high quality chews! He is part Australian shepherd and the herding in him comes out and likes to nip at ankles. A good redirection usually does the trick. He is showing improvement each day!
He is learning doggy sign language and loves to earn his treats with sits and downs. His training will need to be continued and reinforced daily. ** He would do BEST with another playful, well mannered pup to help his training***
Blue would do great in a home that will spend ample time training him and keeping him active and socialized. He need to stay busy and have a purpose - as he grows older maybe he would love being a disc dog or doing agility. He is a smart boy and is showing progress each day learning a lot! He is working on his puppy commands and manners. He will need a patient, consistent family to continue his training. He will be ready for puppy classes when he is adopted!
He is looking for an active family who will take him on lots of walks and give him plenty of exercise. He loves taking walks and loves being out and about exploring the outside world!
He would be an awesome doggie daycare dog. He would love his new family to enroll him to have a lot of play time with other dogs. He is doing well with potty training and crate training, but will need a consistent, patient family to continue this process.
We HIGHLY encourage obedience/behavior training for all of our pups once adopted into their forever homes.
