My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lady was found running the streets with a very tight belt around her neck. The belt was so tight we needed scissors to cut it off, and you could tell right away she never had the best human contact. Shy of new people, this old girl adjusted well to the rescue life, she has her own suite but would do great in a home. By the looks of it, it seems Lady went through a lot of litters, but those days are behind her. When first coming into the rescue, Lady was heartworm positive, finally after months of treatment, she will be getting spayed and small growths removed. Lady has never been kept inside before, so she soaks it up and will only go outside to potty or sit out with you.
