My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Tamera
Available for Adoption
Friends of Stanly County Animals Rescue
Tamera is an approx 4 yr old beautiful brindle pittie girl who weighs 56 lbs. She will be spayed shortly and is current on all her vaccinations and heartworm preventative. Her name means "perfection" and "protector". She is perfectly made with charm and loyalty. She is a beautiful Carmel color, small frame, pitty with stunning amber eyes that look right through you at times. She always looks intently at her human to see what the next move will be. She is a pleaser, a lover, and absolutely loyal. Tamera will bonds with her permanent family. She is self contained and perfectly content being by herself with her ball or bone. On the flipside, she also loves spending time with her people. She is good with other dogs and kids who are 10 and up just so she won't unintentionally knock them down. She will chase chickens.
Tamera can play a mean game of fetch. With her high prey drive, you'll need a full bucket of balls to keep up her because she LOVES keeping them all for herself. They are comforting to her. She is easy on the leash when she goes for walks. getting her mental exercise in for the day.
Tamera will make a great addition to any family. She is a quick learner. With a little time and positive training, she'll be your furrr- ever protector!
Her foster family used the following words to describe her:
Dazzling, Entertaining, Warm hearted, Kissable, Ball hog, Adventurous, Flirtatious, A Food buff, Quite, and
Self entertaining
