Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sassy is a very quiet female Doberman. We pulled Sassy (and her mixed pup) from a kill pound recently. We were told she was an owner surrender and two (2) years old. She seems a little blue in spirits when she first arrived, obviously missing her former family, but she has come around and is now living as part of a foster family with new furry friends. She is housebroken and will go to the door when she wants to potty. She is pretty much a couch potato but loves to romp in the snow. She is fine will the cat, and other dogs. She walks well on a lead. She is very well behaved.
She has natural ears and a docked tail. Sassy will be UTD and spayed prior to placement. Our routine vetting includes HW testing, Rabies, DHLPPC for distemper/parvo, Drontal (to ensure they are free of parasites such as round/hook/tape/whip worms. In Sassy's case, we have added vet expenses, including a parvo test (negative) and prescribed medications as a precautionary measure, as her pup was ill a day after she arrived and hospitalized . We are thrilled that everyone is fine.
The first step in adopting Sassy is to ask for an application.
