Age: 7 weeks as of 9/10

Rye and his two siblings were surrendered to an overcrowded, rural shelter at only 7 weeks old, covered in fleas. They clearly did not belong there, so we immediately brought them to safety to find their own forever homes.

As of 9/10, Rye is 7 weeks old and 11.31 lbs. At best guess, he is a Great Pyrenees/Plott Hound mix, so we estimate he will be a large dog full grown. He will be ready to go to his forever home when he is 8 weeks old on 9/17, but we are accepting applications for him now! He is friendly with people, kids, and other dogs. We have not yet seen him with cats. Like all puppies, he is looking for a forever home with the time, patience, and love to train him into the very best boy he can be.
