My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Ellie Mae. I'm kind of a big deal weighing in at 135 I'm believed to be a Cane Corso Mix but I'm definitely in the mastiff family.
I went from shelter favorite to rescue favorite when For Bullies Sake stepped up and took me in. Boy did they totally score looking past my skin, weight and heartworms.
Now I'm not 1 to brag because I come from a pretty humbling and sad background but I'm truly close to perfection. Housebroken, crate trained, good with other dogs , good with kids, loves water, rides good and most of all I love love love my people.
Now with all that being said I do pull on a leash and a fenced in yard is required to make all of us happy. My foster has worked with that and it has gotten better. I have not been tested with small dogs or cats but giving the fact that I don't know how big I truly am that wouldn't be a good fit anyway. I do carry all the typical mastiff traits so a experienced home is preferred and experienced apps will be givin priority.
I am atound 4 yrs old, spayed , microchipped, utd on shots and completed slow kill heartworm treatment . I am being fostered in Metairie LA and my rescue is in Picayune Ms. Adoption fee 200.00 and you must complete a application first to be sure I'm right for you.
