My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

“TIGGER”
*Please: Read my full bio before you apply to make sure I am a good fit for your home.

Meet Tigger! This super cute boy is full of personality. He is super talkative and will tell you all about his day when you get home at night. He is a snuggle bug who loves to cuddle with his humans and will sleep right next to you in bed. He has a lot of energy, loves to play and will make sure he is there to help you with anything you need. He absolutely loves his wet food and treats. He is very outgoing, loving and affectionate. We know he will catch your heart the moment you meet him!

Tigger came to us from the Uintah/Vernal shelter after he was surrendered for no fault of his own. He was among many other cats and kittens who were going to be euthanized because of space. Nothing else. They didn’t have room in the shelter to have more cats come in. One of our amazing fosters stepped up and we were able to save his life, among with many others. We are so grateful that we did because he is such a sweet boy with the biggest heart. He didn’t deserve to be euthanized because a shelter didn’t have any other kennels open. Even with the shelter doing as much as they can, they make it aware that this will likely happen. The original owner of Tigger should have done much more. The COMMUNITY of Uintah should be doing much more. But nothing happens. At least we can save the ones we do and Tigger is safe now.

Tigger needs a home where he will have a lot of attention, love and affection. He needs a home to run, play with his toys and climb up the cat tree as fast as he can. Tigger does well with other non-dominant cats. (He is easy to be picked on by dominant cats.) We aren’t sure how he is with dogs. He does well with older, respectful children and he is litter box trained.

Tigger is ready to meet his furrever family!
