My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Gizmo and he is 100% a ladies man. Honestly, Gizmo has more of an affinity for women over men. Even at 7 years old, Gizmo can still swoon the ladies.

He has a large personality in his small 17-pound body! He is a mini/toy blue merle male Australian Shepherd.

Gizmo doesn’t care to be the center of attention. Instead, he would rather other canines who respect his personal space. He will gently advise those who don’t adhere to his own personal bubble.

He has good house manners and is house-trained but should stay on a regular schedule. You have to understand that the first 6 years of his life, Gizmo never went outside and only used puppy pads, so he’s had to learn that outside is the place for his business.

Gizmo is a WORLD CLASS cuddler with his human and will even sleep quietly at the foot of your bed. Gizmo is great on a leash and loves walks and car rides. Gizmo is curious about children but does not chase them. Gizmo can be a bit resource protective as his toys are his treasures. He can be a little stinker about sharing. He has more of a possession over his toys than food.

He is also helpful to alert you to anyone who might enter the home in the form of a bark, bark, bark. Gizmo is neutered, up-to-date on all vaccinations, taking monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas and ticks.
