Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, my name is Shelby Lynn. I am a 2 year old purebred Dalmatian female. Everyone that meets me thinks I am very cute, sweet, and loving, who am I to argue with that? I also receive a lot of compliments on my unique markings and my overall good natured personality. Being the lady that I am I would never have an accident in the house, I have no destructive behavior, and I am very happy to retreat to my crate at bedtime with my favorite toy and a treat for a midnight snack. However I do my best to keep my girlish figure as I weigh in at a little under 45 lbs and I love to exercise in my yard or I could accompany you on a nice walk, run, or hike. I enjoy having my bath and do not mind my teeth brushed or nails trimmed. I really like going for rides in the car and visiting new places such as pet stores, parks, and even my doctor. I do like the company of other dogs but prefer quiet males close to my size or larger. I also do well with female dogs my size or larger but would prefer not to live with dogs that are smaller than me. My foster Mom feels I would also be much happier in a home without cats. I love all people and so far have not met a stranger. I have excellent manners when I meet and greet people of all ages. I love children! I am a very happy girl with one heck of a tail so children over 5 would probably enjoy spending lots of time with me. My Doctor calls me “pretty, feminine, and petite” and my foster Mom thinks I should be the Ambassador for the Dalmatian breed. My Adoption Fee has been reduced to $100.00.
*UPDATE!*
Shelby has been in foster care for over a year, which is very sad. There is nothing wrong with Shelby and she is a delightful companion. Her adoption fee has been reduced from $150.00 to $100.00 in hopes of finding her a home more quickly. We are not a rescue that euthanizes are rescued pets, however, if a home cannot be found after a certain period of time we have to consider it as a possibility. We have already had Shelby spayed, treated for heartworms, treated for a ear condition, treated for a skin condition, and had all of her vaccines done. We had so much faith in her we have invested over $500 in vet care, please won't you consider giving her the same chance we did? Sadly Shelby's time is running out and she needs a home, please give Shelby a try she is really a wonderful girl.
