Tigger's Song

"The wonderful thing about Tiggers ... Is Tiggers are wonderful things…"

Okay, so maybe he isn't BOUNCY, but at 113 lbs, that's a GOOD thing! Tigger is a 8 year young, male Rottweiler with great manners. Unlike his Disney namesake he would never be so rude as to jump or bounce all over the place, he is much too dignified for that. So while he isn't bouncy like in the song, he is "wonderful"!

So far in foster care he has proved to be great with dogs of all shapes and sizes and attends doggie-daycare daily. (His favorite dog that comes to visit is a mini poodle that boards with his foster mom.)

Tigger is a medium to medium/low energy dog. This low-maintenance guy would be content to just hang out or go for a walk around the block. He can always muster up some spunk for a game of fetch with a tennis ball. At 8 years old, this boy is an easy keeper. He knows all his basic commands (and then some!); he LOVES his crate and rarely barks. He is currently living with a dog-savvy cat who he pretty much ignores. Tigger would make a great companion for an existing dog or would also be happy as an only dog (he previously lived with a female Labrador).

Tigger is currently in foster care in Northeastern MA.
