MR. MIDAS (ARKANSAS )
Mr. Midas is a 10 year old 9.4lb Yorkie boy being fostered in Arkansas.
MEET MR. MIDAS! Like his namesake, he is as good as gold. He is being fostered in Bryant, AR, next door to Little Rock. Mr. Midas recently came into our rescue, and he is about as good as it gets. His birthday is August 23, 2011, making him 10 years young and in excellent health.. He is up to date on his shots, and will be microchipped on September 14th, with his dental cleaning done shortly after. He weighs about 10 pounds. He will be ready to be someone's perfect companion. He is compliant, not a barker, AND as an added bonus, he is already housebroken! It took him 3 days after arriving at his foster home to learn where the “out potty” door was and to sit by it patiently until you see him. If you do not react soon enough, he gives a soft, gentle little bark to make you notice he needs to go out. All of this is really remarkable for this boy, as he is vision impaired. But once he learns his way around, you would never even know it. He is exceptionally smart and as sweet and good natured as they come. He is the ultimate companion dog, as he will lay by your chair or ask to be helped up onto the couch. Are you the one he is waiting for?
