My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Conan , our wonderful, sweet, handsome boy who came to us literally starved almost to death. Every rib in Conan's body was visible. With much love and care, Conan has turned his life around, and is now healthy and happy. He is loving life in his foster home and looking for his forever home.
From his foster mom:
Conan (we call him Coney) came to stay with us and as you can see by the photos, it didn’t take him long to get comfortable. He can be timid at times, but he’s a very lovable, affectionate boy with not an ounce of aggression. He is still young and likes to chew but with a good supply of toys, he is satisfied. He loves the outdoors but is very good in the house. Only 2 accidents the first couple of days here.
This pup will be an amazing addition to any family. We are retired and there aren’t any children in the household, but his nature makes me think he would be good with children once he warmed to them.
He is the kind of pet we will eventually want to adopt but for the time being, fostering is as much of a commitment as we can make. We travel a lot.
Oh, and he is very happy in his crate when he needs to be in it. About 8:00 every night he gets in on his own and doesn’t make a sound till we stir in the morning. We loved him immediately. Anyone would.!

If Conan is the boy for you, please check out our procedures below and fill out the on line app.
. We also truly feel the dogs in our rescue have been through enough. We take in those who are injured, abused, neglected, sick, and abandoned. That being said we search for a home that they are never put in that position again and that fits their personality and needs the best. No more hurt or fear.
