Meet Prada!

This beautiful momma came to us from a local shelter. She had been running as a stray and picked up. Her previous owner didn’t want her anymore, so the shelter asked us for help and we couldn’t say no! Prada arrived VERY pregnant and has since raise 8 puppies. This was unfortunately her 3rd litter, and now she is done and ready to live her life as a loving member of the family without having to worry about puppies. Prada is heartworm positive, but is under treatment currently and will be cleared medically soon!

Prada lived with a few other large dogs and did very well with a male companion, but didn’t seem to like at the females. We aren’t sure what kind of past she has had, but her horribly cropped ears and scars covering her body make us think she was kept outdoors and given minimal care. Prada seems to do well with laid back male dogs, but would also enjoy being the only pet to soak up all the attention. Prada does not do well with small dogs or cats. She is a very active girl who would love a yard to romp around in. She LOVES stuffed toys and carries them around whenever she can. Prada sleeps in her crate at night and while her foster is not home.

Prada is approximately 3 years old. She will be spayed, had a gastropexy, vaccinated, heartworm tested, microchipped, and current on flea and heartworm prevention at the time of adoption. Her adoption fee is $150.
