While Crowley may have started out crowl (stunted or frail person or animal) he quickly recuperated with some good food and a safe dry place to rest. All his siblings have been adopted so Crowley is hanging out with the rest of his foster's permanent residence cats waiting for his forever home.  

Crowley is neutered, UTD on vaccines,  COMBO test negative, and microchipped.  His adoption fee is $100 an application is required to get the process started,  https://mdrescueduo.rescuegroups.org/forms/form?formid=4996
