We are seeking a good home for our 1 year old, male, neutered Canadian Eskimo dog. We love him dearly, but we cannot give him what he needs. He is a high energy dog who will need lots of attention & training (and if possible land). I’m devastated to say, we have put in our best efforts, but we cannot keep up with him with our two young children. He has been receptive to our training, but I cannot put the time in to get him where he needs to be. He has puppy behaviors (chewing, digging, jumping). He will get out of any yard or kennel that is not reinforced and very secure. He does not do well left alone for long and I cannot speak to households with other dogs- he has not been around many other dogs but might be okay with them. I don’t recommend a family with children due to his high needs.
I have food, dog crate (reinforced), toys etc. He is microchipped and up to date on shots.
I am heartbroken to reach out, but he needs someone who can give him priority time & attention.
