Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hey! I have just arrived in Calgary from LA on December 10th, 2009 and can't wait to find a family of my own! I jumped out of a car window without my person noticing and was dragged along by my leash, so my new person must always be careful to keep me in a crate in the car. I was hit by a car on another occasion and lost an eye. I am great with other dogs and require a home with another dog or I will try and escape. I am 3-4 years old, 26.6 lbs and am sweet and playful! I am a loveable little guy who is very active! I love to run and jump and my old person says that I can jump 8 feet! Maybe I'd be good in agility! I love to chase and play with other dogs, so would love a doggie companion that loves to do that too! I am housetrained and know to sit for a treat. I think I'd be fine in a home with children and am a delight to have around. I am smart, affectionate and playful and am not destructive. I play as much as I can, with my toys, with other dogs, or exploring the backyard. I always like to know where my person is as to not be alone. I like to cuddle and be hugged and would prefer to sleep with my person rather than in my own bed. I would benefit from some training as I do pull on the leash and jump up when excited. I am an energetic and a quick learner and am very companionable.
Please note that Little Mutts Rescue adoption fees are generally $400 for adults, and $450 for puppies. Includes spay / neuter, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchip, and a vet certificate of health (please note that if puppies are born in Calgary, we do not have a vet certificate to provide).
