Why I need a new home

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hazel is currently an 8 week old puppy, and he is extremely sweet and gentle. He loves giving kisses and snuggling with others. He is also very smart, as he picks up new tricks and habits very quickly. When meeting new folks, he is often very gentle and can even be a bit shy.

He adjusted very well to our home and was affectionate toward us from the start. He is still learning how to walk on a leash as he hasn't been fully vaccinated yet, but he loves being outside and exploring new areas.

He can be very active and playful, but he is also in the middle of being crate trained. He typically sleeps ~4 hours in his crate during the day, and he sleeps there at night as well.

My family would honestly love to keep him, but unfortunately we all work long hours and simply don't have enough time/energy to give to him. An ideal home for him is one that is able to spend lots of time with him, either playing or training or just hanging out together.
