Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, my name is Ashley. I am a beautiful and super friendly 1-year-old dilute tabby with a slight hint of peach coloring. I was pregnant during the hottest months this summer but by the time I was rescued, I had already lost my two babies. If that wasn't enough, when I was in being spayed, my jaws were found to be infected and I had to have a bunch of my teeth pulled. But now that I have had time to heal, I feel so much better! And don't worry, I can still eat both wet and dry food just fine. I have rediscovered the joy of playing and would love for you to play with me. I especially enjoy chasing after wand toys and balls and I'd really like a cat tree of my own. Close to a window so I could sit and watch the wildlife outdoors and bask in the sun would be great! My foster mom says I will make a great and loving companion for my special people. I like to always be near my foster mom and I come to her when she calls me. And then I purr so loud as she cuddles and loves on me. She tells me that I am a fighter with all I've been through in my young life and that the doc says I'm very healthy now! I am curious about young kittens and would be ok with children, and I have discovered that I am interested in older cats. I am not sure about dogs, but maybe small dogs who aren’t very hyper might work. Do you have a place in your home and heart for me? I promise, you won't be sorry.
