Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I’m Isla, and I’m a happy go lucky 6 month old mini German Shepherd mix. I’m going to tell you my story, but please don’t be too sad, promise? I was a stray, living on the streets fending for myself and begging for food to every passerby, but one day a certain person thought it would be fun to shoo me away by burning me on my back with a hot metal rod. Ouch! I was crying in pain and alone on the side of the road till a very kind lady rescued me and took me to the vet to help relieve my pain and get me up to date on my vaccinations. Remember I asked you not to be sad? Well here’s why, because now I get to have a new start to life! I’m looking for my furever home where I can thrive and find my happily ever after. Despite my past, I truly believe that hoomans are the most amazing things in this world and I love everyone that I meet. If you would like to meet me and find out just how true this is, please reach out to my rescuers at Cause 4 Paws Toronto by emailing them at c4ptoronto@gmail.com to learn about their foster to adopt process so you can take me home ? Families should be in the Toronto area and any children in the home should be over age 8. Preference for homes with fenced in yards.
