My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We adopted Sgt. Rocky, nicknamed Sarge, when a coworker couldn't take care of him when he was about 12 weeks old. However after having him for over 1 year we've realized he's too active for our busy schedule. He turned 2 in October. Sgt Rocky gets along with all dogs and LOVES to play. He's a bit nervous around new people and can be very protective, but he's such a lovable dog. Sarge has had some puppy training and knows basic commands, but requires a lot of practice and repetition. He's not a great walker, we've tried a harness and rope collar, but he pulls or bites the leash. The vet prescribed him anxiety medication for vet visits since he doesn't like being touched on the head or left alone for long periods of time. We're moving to a smaller place soon and with our work schedules feel we can't fulfill his active lifestyle.
