My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Mundo, a remarkable feline resident of our shelter. Despite his initial shyness, Mundo carries a playful spirit and an independent streak that make him a unique companion. He enjoys his alone time, but is also fond of interactive toys that stimulate his agile mind. His favorite pastime? Pouncing on feathered toys with a surprising agility! Mundo`s shyness doesn`t mean he doesn`t appreciate companionship. It simply means he prefers quiet, calm environments where he can feel safe and loved. The best part about adopting Mundo? You`ll gain a loyal friend who, in his own time, will come to trust and play with you, creating a bond that is truly special.

More about this shelter

We are an open admissions shelter, meaning we take in homeless animals regardless of age, breed, health, temperament or lack of space. On average, we take in about 5,500 stray, surrendered and abandoned animals per year including dogs, cats, small mammals, birds and reptiles. We provide adoption services to find safe, happy homes for these pets; and also provide low-cost vaccination and microchip clinics to help safeguard them against illness or being lost forever.
