Miss Pea was so confused the day she arrived she didn’t know which way was out of her kennel. She’s easy to handle and followed us outside once we leashed her. Pea is on the skinny side and we noticed that the underside of her neck was raw when she came in maybe from a collar or tie out. She did a lot of owner searching in the playlot and had a hard time keeping still long enough to say hello.
When she did engage, Pea showed us a few commands but didn’t want our treats. She allowed handling all over and gave a quick kiss back in return. She came in with the name Princess, but those people never came for her. Pea is looking for her happily ever after to complete her Cinderella story.
