I am named for the Italian word meaning "to make happy, to cheer up" . Just look at my happy countenance and calm demeanor in my photos; how could you NOT feel more cheerful and happy just looking at me!!

I am a 3-4 year old Shibu Inu/Labrador Retriever hybrid...no wonder I have such a pleasant aura!!

The Shiba Inu is know for their bold, spirited, and good natured expression. The Labrador Retriever (the most popular dog in the Western World) is known for their happy go lucky attitude and outgoing and affectionate personality. What a winning combination!!

I am good with other dogs but am not really a "run and romp with the other dogs" kind of gal. I enjoy canine companionship in a dignified and companionable manner. I would be fine as an only dog or perhaps with one other reasonable canine.

I enjoy going for walks and spending the day doing anything with my hooman!! I will lie quietly under the table while Foster Mum works on her laptop and am ready to put on the leash and go outside when she takes a break!!

I am house trained and crate trained, walk nicely on leash, and know the rudimentary "good dog" commands.
