My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hunter: 4.5-Month-old, Black & Tan male, Natural ears and tail, 20 lbs. and 17’ tall. Shots up to date, rescued from shelter.

Take a look at this cutie.. Hunter was an owner surrender to a local shelter and was listed as a couple year old Miniature Pinscher (LOL). Upon further review, the shelter determined he was approx. 2 months old. Since no one was really sure of his breed, he was released from puppy jail to the Internet Miniature Pinscher Rescue into his current foster home. Hunter is your typical puppy, loves to run and play. He is dog door trained for during the day and we are working on nighttime potty training.

Since we did not know his breed, we did a DNA test and found that he is Chow, German Shepherd, Mastiff and Duck Tolling Retriever. We see the German Shepherd and Mastiff but not so sure of the Chow. The vet says he will get to between 30-40 pounds. Hunter is neutered and will be ready to be adopted the second week of September after his booster DHPP shot.

A little from Hunter:
“Hi Hi Hi Hi Hi, pay attention to me. Hello over here. My name is Hunter and I need a furever home. I’m a good dog most of the time. I go in my kennel when it is breakfast and dinner time. I go outside to potty with my foster brothers and sister. I love to lay in the sun during the day and on a human’s lap at night. I love to play tug of war. I have learned to shake. I am working on sit and getting used to walking on a leash. Ok, bye off to play….”
