Chelios is a 3 year old male who came into the shelter on July 23 as a stray.

Chelios is a strong, beefy guy who might have been an NHL defensive MVP in a previous life. He is a fun guy to hang out with, but if you’re not paying attention he’ll check you into the boards. Chelios was very interested in the other dogs walking by him in the yard and all the people who passed by. He has a bit of FOMO it seems. Maybe if I showed him a hockey puck and stick that would get his attention? He does like his butt being scratched, but showed no interest in treats or toys today.
