Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Name: Lux
D.O.B./Sex: May 9, 2013 / FS
Breed: GSD
Known health issues: None at this time. Good with: Teenagers willing to participate in her training are okay. NO DOGS. NO CATS. NO DOG PARKS.
Lux is a happy, energetic girl who is absolutely not looking for a retirement home. Everyone who meets her thanks she's 2! She's a crazy kid who loves her people, and wants to be out and about with you from sun up to sun down. She would love someone active in dogs sports and activities to give her body and mind a workout. Lux needs to work on her obedience and real world skills, but is a sponge ready and willing. She can be nervous in new situations, but takes confidence from her handler, and looks for direction well. She prefers to be an only dog, and is too intense for cats. Older kids 13+ that are ready and willing to participate in her training would be okay. If you are looking for an active, athletic companion, Lux is waiting for you!
