Sheba, also known as Chinook, is a Malamute mix. 5 years old and @80 lbs. Good with kids. He is an active boy. He's not pushy or aggressive, but instead a tad cautious in his approach to people, but once he realizes you are a dog person, he is all in for the petting, the TLC, and some treats. He loves female dogs.
He originally came to us in the summer of 2021 under the name Chinook- he and a female husky had been rescued in the desert by Brandon McMillan and featured on his Stray Recon program. He was adopted a few months later and given the name Sheba. He is sadly back with us this fall due to his adopters living situation.
ADOPTED by tremendous retired couple whose 6-year old female Mal is missing her Gry Pyr guy. Folks drove from Bishop to meet 'n greet - everybody did well together! We'll post photos on facebook +++ when we get some to share with everyone!
