Dotty is the sweetest girl and is looking for her forever (or foster) home! She had been living in a garage with her sister, and then her owner decided they didn't want them anymore. Her sister found a home right away, but Dotty has been passed from home to home. She loves to cuddle but also loves to play! Her favorite toy is a squeaky ball, which she takes everywhere. It takes her a few minutes to warm up to you, but once she does she becomes your bestfriend!
