My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:


This is Macy. She is a sweet dog, who loves to be with her humans. Responds to basic commands such as "sit", "lay down", "cage", and "stay". She listens when you say "go potty" or "go inside". Very excitable when somebody comes into our house but will settle down. Macy has shown much patience for my toddler who can be rough at times. She rarely has any accidents in the house, and if she did, it was our fault for overlooking her cues. She does try to signal to us when she needs to go potty, it is subtle. I'm sure if you are patient, you will pick up her signal in no time. She does have a brother who is more vocal about needing to go outside, and I think she sometimes rely on that. We take her to the groomer every 3 months and she behaves very well there. Needs to work on not jumping and not pulling on a leash.

No health issues. Recent dental work. We are also rehoming her brother, Frankie. We prefer to send both of them to a loving home together, but is open to all applications.
