My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Sophie, a wonderful 3 year old English Mastiff mix. Posing for pictures may not be her favorite thing but she is truly a beautiful dog. Sophie was found wandering alone in Olathe and was brought to the shelter in November. She has had many litters of puppies and was likely bred continuously and then dumped. Despite her rough past, Sophie is an incredibly loving, gentle dog. She now weighs in at 80 lbs and is 100% housetrained. Sophie is very smart and knows how to sit, shake, lie down and high-five! Sophie gets along great with kids, dogs, and cats and also enjoys riding in the car. She is one of the most easygoing dogs we’ve ever met and just wants to be around people. Sophie thinks she is a lap-dog and loves to cuddle on the couch and bed. Sophie is an amazing girl who is looking for a home that can give her all of the love and attention she so deserves.
