Hello Everyone,

Don't let my name fool you. It's a name of a spice, but all I am is sweet, sweet and sweet. However, I will admit that I have lots to learn, as I’m still growing up. I came from Manitoba, I was rescued from there, and now I’m looking for a home where I’ll receive tender love and care. I hope my adoptive pawrents will be patient, active and fun. If you have these qualities, then you might be the one! I can promise you when I’m around, life will be fun and good, and you’ll make tons of friends in your neighborhood.

When my foster dad takes me out to pee, everyone says, “Awwww! She’s such an adorable little puppy!”. Now that you understand how cute I am, let’s get into some specifics about my daily routines and habits. Right now I live in an apartment, and every day, my foster dad walks me at least 4-5 times. Otherwise I might do my business inside. I am potty trained, as long as you let me out often enough. In addition to walks, I love playing with chew toys, especially if you play with me. I like wrestling them away from my foster dad and I like to run and bring them back when he tosses them. I’m not just a pretty face though, I’m smart too. I respond to ‘sit’, and if I am not distracted, I respond to ‘Come, Cinammon!’ when I’m out on walks. If you take time every day to feed me, walk me, play with me and snuggle with me, I will be your best buddy.

Since I’m still a puppy, I may chew on some things you don’t want me to. I’m warning you in advance so you’ll have many chew toys ready to engage me in play if I am in one of these playful moods. You will be happy to know that I am crate trained. I find my crate very comfortable, so that’s usually where I go for my naps and where I sleep at night. There is one thing you might need to pay a little more attention to and train me on. Since I was a homeless dog roaming around in a remote community in Manitoba before coming here, I never got consistent meals. Due to this, I am a little possessive about my resources such as food and high value treats like bones. I am learning that I don't need to be so protective and that I will always get consistent food from now on.

Even though this blurb is kind of long, I usually don’t talk much. I mean, sometimes when foster dad isn’t sharing his breakfast, I bark to tell him that sharing is caring, otherwise I’m quiet. My ideal home is with someone who has time and energy to dedicate to me, since I’m still a puppy and I have a lot to learn!
