My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I got Capone last December but our landlord sold our house which had a big concrete wall back yard but the only house we could find in our budget only has a waist high fence and big enough for a yorkie.
I am having surgery on both feet soon so my walking abilities are extremely limited and he is a high energy pup.
He is affectionate but 8 mths old and 80 pounds so still puppy brain .
I just dont think this is fair to him .
