Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Casper is a super sweet an affectionate boy who gets a little anxious if he's left alone. He easily scales a 6ft fence, so he cannot be in a home where he will be left in the yard. Leash walks will be safest for him. Casper is great with other dogs and great with people. He just wants to be loved on!
