Kevin is a fearful guy who’s originally from a hoarding case in Arizona of over 20 other small dogs.
He’s come a long way learning to live in a home and do basic things like walking on leash.
He’s looking for a patient home ready to continue his training.
His foster describes him as: Calm, quiet, affectionate once he warms-up, good with other small dogs. “Low-maintenance,” but timid and needing gradual exposure to other people, places & things.
