Rosie is a sweet chihuahua, not snippy or nasty ever. She loves to cuddle and follow her humans everywhere she is allowed to go. She gives kisses every time she is asked for them and loves, loves, LOVES belly rubs! Sleeps right beside her foster mom. Does not pull on her leash and goes to the door to tell when she needs to go out and potty.
She is such wonderful little dog that loves to give and receive attention. She is quite the Diva!
