He got his name because he loves to snuggle. Snugs likes attention. He likes to be pet a lot and he likes to rub up on you. He’ll also want to be close by and near you. He would do well with another cat (after taking time to adjust of course), so he can have a play buddy! I’m guessing a cat around his age will likely be the best match.
