My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Intake Date: 23 July 2021 ----- Age at Intake: 18 months ----- Breed: unknown smaller medium mix ----- Size: 30 lbs ----- Status: surrender ----- Compatible with: dogs, cats, children (we do not have infants or toddlers in our family). ----- Suitable for: home with fenced yard. Possible apartment with leash requirement and dog park nearby for unleashed exercise ----- Medical/Behavioral Needs: super shy and unsure. ----- Additional Notes: Oh my gosh I love this girl. Delta was a rescue transfer to us because of how incredibly shy she is. She hasnt displayed a mean bone in her body. Just so unsure of herself. I love working with dogs like this!! She LOVES to play with the other dogs. She leashes well. She is afraid if the kitties at first but no aggression. She is just such a sensitive little gal. And such a small dog with a big dog appearance. She is shockingly small in person compared to the pictures. This girl will probanly never be 100% social but she will keep growing with a committed and loving family. Its the most rewarding thing to be a part of!! Delta deserves her forever after. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If interested in meeting and potentially adopting, please read the adoption requirements and complete the adoption application located at forbellessake.org. Once processed and approved a meet and greet can be scheduled and if a match an adoption can be finalized at that time. FBS standard adoption fee is $175. All residents are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and treated for any known medical needs. Breeds are best guess. Housetraining is not guaranteed but crate training is worked on with all residents. A secure physically fenced yard is required if a yard is present. Temperament cannot be and is not guaranteed.
