Emmanuel's Tail's is a NO Kill Shelter in Mt. Vernon, Mo. We are a non profit 501(c )(3 ). We have over 80 adoptable Best Friends. Need a best Friend, a loving companion, a trusted confident? Adopt a pet. We need volunteers. Walking or caring for a pet is good therapy for depression and loneliness. Our grounds are beautiful and relaxing and it is great for loving an animal.
