My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi my name is Loki! I am a big boy at 91 lbs and a shepherd mix. I am about a year old so still very young and impressionable (and I have to say I am pretty handsome)! My family has a change in living situation and I can no longer stay with them, so I am looking for my new forever and this time, permanent home. I need an owner that is comfortable around a big dog and one that can teach me some confidence and give me a little training (that's always a plus)! I would love to socialize more with dogs and other people and go on nice long walks and see the great outdoors with my leader. I like other dogs and would do well with a dog that is friendly and playful. I do have a slight tendency to guard so really young children is not recommended. I live with 4 children now but would probably be best with kids over 8. I am kind of goofy and can really knock things over (including little ones). I listen to correction and commands and I really really want to please my people. I am housebroken and crate-trained. I am located in the Northeast and ready to meet you!
